Term 2 reflection
yay! term 2 is coming to an end!
this term the class has been looking at many different things in reading, writing, math and topic.
In math at the start if the term we were doing statistics, in statistics this year we have done many types of graphs like a dot plot graph, a line graph and bar graphs. we also did some problem solving and i think improved a lot on that!
In writing we have looked at different types of writing like report writing and explanation writing.
At the start i found report writing hard when we had to find our own information and put it into note form. In reading we looked at infrencing, infrencingwhen you use clues from the story to try and workout what is happening, where they are,and what the problem could be.
Over this term I have had many highlights was making it into the James hargest hockey team we also had tahunna intermediate come up from Dunedin and VS us in multiply different sports such as hockey, basket ball,rugby, netball and soccer. Because i got into the James hargest hockey team I had the opportunity to VS tuhunna in hockey. Although we lost 2-0 it was still the best highlight of the term!
Next term I would like to work more on dividing
large numbers I already know how to but I don't always get the right. Also next we our going down to James hargest to play against them, we will play over 10 different sports and it is a competition to see who will take home the shield.
